Minimum 10+ years Specialization / Stream: Real estate/ Construction Qualification: Any graduate Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all materials in the store. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies. Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system. Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and store materials according to company procedures. Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration. Issue materials to authorized personnel with proper documentation. Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures. Supervise and train store personnel Coordination: Work closely with the procurement and project teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding material status and needs. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including receipts, issues, and inventory adjustments. Prepare reports as required by management. Skills and Qualifications: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. Knowledge of construction materials and their handling procedures. Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures. Experience in a similar role is preferred.
