Logistics and Delivery Manager - Job Responsibilities:• Planning of domestic and international shipment as per schedule given by Business OperationsTeam.• Coordination with Stores/QA & Production teams to ensure material is dispatched on time in full.• Adopting proactive approach and highlighting the issues afront which thwart OTIF.• Drives a culture of “Do It Safe, Do It Right the First Time” with actions and words on a daily basis.• Safely and efficiently performs assigned processes to meet the required daily logistics activities.• Tracks, traces, and updates the status of shipments to Business teams regularly• Provides additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.• Logistics cost optimization by adopting various optimization tools and identifying competitivelogistics service providers.• Working closely with purchase team for transport worthy packing material designing andprocurement.• Preparing proper documentation for all domestic and export consignments.• Liaise with Freight forwarders for Custom clearance , COO, insurance, destination clearance andtransport.• Stores Management and Inventory ManagementLogistics Qualifications / Skills:• Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt toa variety of challenges• Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time constrained environment• Good written and verbal communication skills• Strong sense of time, organization needs and customer requirements• Able to work independently and within a team
