Dear All We are looking for following Position Stores Manager - Supply Chain - Dharwad - Karnataka Location Qualification - Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering Salary - 12 to 15 LPA Preferred candidates with automotive industry background Experience - 15 to 20 years Roles and Responsibilities: Review daily Cycle Count reports & Update the results in systemVerify reasons of difference in cycle count and approve the sameActionable to resolve the repeated reasons for differencesReview of dashboard reports of Plants on daily BasisReview Dashboard for red points and work to fulfil the gapsSOP preparation & implementation for the departmentMap the process in such a way so that anybody can work by following the SOPReduce work content by automation (ASN/Auto entries)Identify the problems of teamIdentify the opportunity to improve by ERP systemization to reduce time of operation.Work with coordination with Plant operation and IT team to implement the solutionPlan and coordinate for stock taking during the year for all plants & OE depoPlanning & Coordination with internal auditors , plants head & store team to implement smooth stock taking activity at individual plantsVisit individual plant for understanding the situation preparedness of stockIdentify the gaps, decide actions and delegate tasks to store in charge for complianceReview periodically with Store in charge on the actionableComplete the physical Stock taking activity in presence of internal auditor within timeProcurement of infrastructure related assets i.e. rack, material handling equipment, bins etc.Cycle count preparation to check health for system stockPreparation of consumption data (Quantitative details) to be given to finance for balance sheetGenerate all reports related stock every month end and given to finance/ inventory trackerPrepare material locations in systemResolve transitional ERP issue dailyGenerate new report for data as per user requirementwork with ERP team for fail safe mechanismPreparing & aligning ERP system for new plant and depo in ERP i.e. for WIP, Stores, Purchasing Interested candidates can share the CV at brijesh@nexenstial.com or on the 7795004211
