Job Title: STP Operator Sewage Treatment Plant Project Overview: Project Name: Diya Greencity, Raj Nagar Extension, Ghaziabad A 14-storey residential affordable housing society with 900+ homes and an in-house STP facility, promoted by Eureka Builders Pvt. Ltd. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) daily. Check inflow, outflow, aeration, sludge , and treated water quality. Manage dosing of chemicals (chlorine, alum, etc.) and maintain required parameters. Ensure proper functioning of pumps, motors, blowers, and valves. Record daily readings in the STP logbook: flow rate, TDS, pH, etc. Clean STP tanks and maintain hygiene in the plant area. Report issues to the Facility Manager and coordinate for repairs. Comply with environmental norms and Consent to Operate (CTO) standards. Requirements: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in operating STPs (preferably in housing societies or hotels). Basic knowledge of water treatment cycles and equipment. Ability to read and record pH, TDS, flow rate, and pressure gauges. Preferred: Diploma or ITI in Environment / Mechanical / Fitter trades. Physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
