Job Description

Assist in building long term strategic roadmaps and defining key goals for Venwiz Support analysis and execution of strategic initiatives like pricing, GTM planning and new market entries, etc. Coordinate and track the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives and projects Work cross-functionally to solve key organizational challenges by liaising with different teams and identifying gaps in approach. Assist in developing and managing OKRs for the firm, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Take ownership of projects from conceptualization to execution, including process development and implementation. Ideal candidate Profile: Mandatory Requirements: Under graduation from Tier 1 institute Experience: 1-2 years of experience in management consulting or PE/ VC or IB or CEO s office/Strategy at Startups A go-getter attitude with a willingness to be hands-on Strong verbal and written communication skills Desirable Qualities: Ability to think strategically and long-term rather than relying on short-term fixes. Proven ability to work on complex projects independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power point and financial modeling.
