The Role This is not a back-office role or a client-servicing assistantship. This is where you start shaping brand thinking from day one. You’ll work directly with the founding team and decision-makers to: Build go-to-market strategies Understand consumer behavior Research trends, platforms, industries Write pitches that win Sit in on brand brainstorms Assist in managing projects and people You’ll be involved across categories — travel, wellness, education, fashion, real estate, technology, and more. Expect no two days to look the same. What We're Looking For A fresh perspective — we value mindset over degrees Ability to think, write, present and ask the right questions Comfortable with Google Docs, Canva, and conversations that move fast Someone who reads culture like a feed, spots patterns, and stays curious Hungry to learn, unlearn, and actually build something Genuinely interested in brand strategy, marketing trends, or consumer insights Backgrounds we usually vibe with: Marketing, Business, Psychology, Design, Liberal Arts, Mass Comm — but surprise us.
