Location-Chennai( Relocation Benefits will be given ) Scope of work: The Strategy Expert will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to ELCOT in the areas of policy development, strategy mapping, market trends, customer expectations, etc. Develop a comprehensive strategy map that outlines the organization's strategic initiatives, action plans, and resource allocation. Facilitate the development of the organization's strategic direction and roadmap. Study to analyse various national and state policies and present to ELCOT. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify policy gaps and areas for improvement. Develop and recommend new policies or modifications to existing policies to address identified needs.
