Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional for the Strategy Planning and Execution role, responsible for supporting the organizations strategic initiatives and driving impactful outcomes. This position involves working closely with the CEO and senior leadership to ensure effective business reviews, track the progress of strategic projects, and contribute to the organizations growth and innovation. Role & Responsibilities: Develop structured review frameworks for each business, aligning with their KRAs and key focus areas, and actively participate in driving these reviews alongside the CEO. Monitor and report on the progress of strategic projects and other critical initiatives across various functions. Create detailed presentations for senior management and stakeholders to provide regular updates. Conceive and assess new product or business opportunities, as well as growth strategies. Lead and implement customer experience initiatives across the organization. Analyze competitors, including their financials, products, and innovations, and conduct gap analyses with key stakeholders. Preferred Candidate Profile: 4-6 years of experience in cross-functional project management (preferably in technology-driven business projects). Strong knowledge of project management and process excellence methodologies. Proven track record in driving process improvements and capacity planning. Demonstrated experience in effective stakeholder management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and work independently. Experience in Engineering or BFSI sectors. A Masters degree in Business Administration is a plus.
