ABOUT CONSERVE: Group Established in 2016 in Qatar, to serve the Construction Sector with Engineering Design Support Services to companies in Asia, Middle East, Europe, Australia, Canada, US and other parts of the world, we are an exponentially growing engineering company with 425+ People across the globe. Conserve provides wide range of services for green building and MEP solutions. Engineering design and support such as Architectural drawings, Structural drawings, MEP, BIM modeling, CAD services and 3D scanning. Sustainability such as LEED services, GSAS services, Energy services, CXA commissioning, Environmental services, Acoustical services, CEEQUAL consultancy services and BREEAM. Simulation and analysis such as Simulation engineering, Structural analysis, Stress analysis, Surge analysis, Computational fluid dynamics, detailed engineering services and Building envelope design and simulation. Thermal Imaging - Infrared Thermography SKILL: Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills Proficiency in structural analysis and design tools: ETABS, SAFE Strong knowledge in manual design calculations. Expertise in reviewing structural drawings. Code expertise in British Standards (BS) and other international building codes Deep understanding of RCC, steel, and composite structural systems Experience in both substructure and Superstructure design Expertise in Structural stability checks, Design validation and integrity checks. Understanding of structural behavior, load analysis, and safety considerations Ability to read, interpret, and draft structural drawings Good documentation and reporting skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Senior Structural Design Engineer in design, analysis, and documentation of RCC, steel, and composite structures Provide assistance to junior team members in their day-to-day tasks, offering guidance and support to enhance overall team efficiency and verify their design calculations and outputs Perform independent design calculations and modeling for assigned elements Create and modify design models using ETABS and SAFE Perform structural analysis and design using advanced software tools (ETABS, SAFE & Connection design software s) Conduct manual checks and calculations for design validation using Excel or other tools Participate in design reviews and provide technical input during planning and construction phases Maintain documentation for approvals, compliance, and project handovers. Coordinate with architects, MEP, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution Participate in strategic decision-making processes, providing valuable insights and recommendations based on advanced design expertise. Prepare and review structural drawings, specifications, and reports Ensure all designs meet project requirements, safety standards, and BS codes. Lead the structural design for RCC, steel and composite building systems EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering / Master Degree in Structural Engineering [added advantage] 2+ yrs of hands-on experience in structural analysis and design. Demonstrated experience in using ETABS, SAFE, IDEA StatiCa, and AutoCAD Experience with BS Codes, international standards. Preferred experience in GULF projects.
