Job Description Student Counsellor (IELTS Courses) Job Title: Student Counsellor Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in sales/counselling Industry: Education & Training About Us: Our client is a leading institute specializing in IELTS preparation and English language training . Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Student Counsellor who will be responsible for promoting and selling our IELTS courses to prospective students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in cold calling , and a passion for helping students achieve their academic goals. Key Responsibilities: Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Engage with potential students through calls and follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments . Counselling & Guidance: Assess students needs and recommend the best IELTS course based on their language proficiency and goals . Sales & Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by enrolling students into training programs. Follow-ups & Relationship Building: Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Handling Enquiries: Respond to student inquiries from various channels (calls, emails, social media, walk-ins). Marketing & Promotions: Assist in promoting IELTS courses through online and offline marketing strategies. Student Support: Provide pre- and post-enrollment support to ensure a seamless experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in student counselling/sales . Strong cold calling and lead conversion skills. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work under targets and deadlines . Basic knowledge of IELTS exam structure and requirements (preferred but not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools (preferred).
