Job Type: Full-time assisting students in shaping their dream of overseas education. assist students in finding the right course and University Counselling, answering incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with it appropriately Contacting candidates, arranging interviews, assisting with the visa process Participate and assist in the marketing process Guiding the student on study options available in overseas universities in UK as per their profile. Responsible for prompt reply to students’ queries and solve the queries of students / universities through Emails and call. Being well informed and updated about the admission process and entrance examinations of overseas universities Coordinating with students for pending documents and payments. Maintaining good relationships with the students and universities. Perform any other duties as directed in relation to the job role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills including Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and internet research. Excellent organization skills proactive approach. Flexibility to work within a fast-paced environment. Carrying out assessments or interviews on the students. Participating in educational fairs. Reports daily, weekly and monthly status. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent Languages Skills: English, Malayalam Excellent communication & presentation skills. Peoples person with good PR and convincing skills. Should be a quick learner and enjoy multitasking. Should be target-oriented and enthusiastic towards the role.
