With a focus on mentorship, transparency, and results, we guide students from application to arrival and beyond. Role OverviewAs a Student Success Manager, you’ll counsel students aiming to study in Australia, support their academic journey, manage applications, and ensure a smooth experience across every touchpoint. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service, accurate advice, and timely follow-ups while working closely with students, parents, and university representatives. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalised counselling to students on courses, universities, and career pathways in AustraliaGuide students through the application and visa processBuild strong relationships with students and families, ensuring trust and clarityWork closely with partner universities and maintain updated knowledge of entry requirementsMaintain student records using CRM and ensure timely follow-up and communicationCollaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey and post-admission support Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Lead-to-conversion rate (minimum benchmark: 25%)Turnaround time for student queries (within 2-3 hours)Application submission accuracy (100%)Student satisfaction and referral score (90%+ positive feedback)CRM and communication compliance (weekly reporting and lead tracking) Compensation & IncentivesCTC: ₹6 – ₹8.5 LPA (based on experience and skills)Incentives:Per-enrollment bonus (above base performance)Quarterly performance-based incentives (based on lead conversion and student feedback)Annual bonus up to 15% of base salary for high-performing team members Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree (education, counselling, psychology, or business preferred)Minimum 2 years of experience in international student counselling (preferably for Australia)Strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with the Australian education system and student visa requirementsProficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Work Culture & Environment2 days/week in our Gurgaon office, rest remoteCollaborative, student-first cultureTransparent processes and regular feedback loopsLearning & development support through internal training sessions To apply, please email your resume and a brief cover letter to prateeka@educircle.io with the subject line: Application – Student Success Manager (Australia).
