About the Role : We’re on the hunt for an Industry Expert in Study Abroad to join our dynamic high-performance team at Leap . The perfect candidate will bring deep expertise, innovative strategies, and a proven track record in the study abroad and international education space. The charter for this role will include: Mentoring students - offering cutting-edge advice to navigate the complexities of the study abroad journey, positioning yourself as a trusted leader in this space. Creating impactful content – With an Instagram community of 600k and a YouTube following of 250k , this is your stage to showcase your expertise through webinars, workshops, and more , cementing your reputation as a global education thought leader . Identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends and innovations in international education, ensuring Leap stays ahead of the curve and continues to define the future of study abroad. Must Have: A minimum of 7+ years of experience in study abroad counseling in Germany, with a strong track record of success in helping students navigate the complexities of international education. A proven impact in the study abroad or global education sector, with a history of delivering exceptional results. In-depth expertise in university admissions, visa processes, and managing international partnerships. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring not just students, but also parents and key institutional stakeholders to believe in the power of studying abroad. A passion for driving cultural exchange and pushing the boundaries of education innovation, making a lasting impact in the global education ecosystem.
