Job Title Sub Section Head-GF-Group Executive-Transformation Lead Job Description We are looking for a young dynamic professional to join the Group Executive Office at Welspun Group as Transformation Leadand play a pivotal role in driving the transformation and growth agenda of our Sintex business. This role requires clear strategic thinking, strong operational skills, and the ability to get things done effectively. The individual will serve as a key interface between senior leadership and business operations, ensuring seamless execution of high-impact initiatives. 1. Partner with business leadership to drive large-scale transformation projects across Sintex operations, including strategic planning, execution oversight, and change management. 2. Develop and implement detailed transformation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with Group strategy and measurable business outcomes. 3. Drive transformation work streams including process reengineering, digital enablement, cost optimization, and organizational redesign. 4. Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to diagnose business challenges, formulate transformation hypotheses, and convert them into actionable initiatives. 5. Monitor key business metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to the CXO-level stakeholders for informed decision-making. 6. Act as a project management office (PMO. for ongoing initiatives – ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality parameters are met. 7. Bring best practices from global consulting exposure to structure complex problems and deliver measurable outcomes. 8. Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership reviews. Principal Accountabilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
