Job Description

1) Job Allocation 1.1 To ensure machine wise manpower deployment in the shift as per plan 2) Monitoring 2.1 To monitor the cutting and stitching productivity on dailly basis 2.2 To ensure that the production targets are achieved in each shift by proper monitor of machines and manpower 2.3 To ensure maintenance and compliance of code of conduct to be followed in the shift. 2.4 Able to handle production parameters with the set in unit with minimum wastage. 3) Controlling 3.1 To control the manpower and unnecessary overtime. 4) Compliance 4.1 To ensure compliance with the SOP's and also look after the safety issues of the entire department
