Job Description

To manage subscription AMC and up-gradation from existing customers in your region. Drive the SolidWorks Subscription renewal revenue for the on-time and lapsed base across Customer Accounts Sending quotes to all customers for the Subscription Renewal, followed by follow up calls to all stakeholders at regular intervals to achieve maximum renewal conversion. Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers. Managing the records of the customers subscription end date. Co-ordinating with the Customers and in house technical support engineer on investigating and solving customers' problems. Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service. Efforts required in large account management, engaging with key stakeholders to grow the subscription sales in several of the customers.
