What will you do everyday As a Senior Talent Partner in the Talent Acquisition team, you will: Be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring exceptional engineering and technical talent for Suki. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department leads to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. This role requires a deep understanding of technical roles and the ability to engage with both passive and active candidates. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor and guide junior recruiters and contribute to refining our recruitment strategy. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Strategy : Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to source, engage, and hire top technical talent across engineering, data science, IT, product development, and other technical disciplines. Full-Cycle Recruiting : Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding.
