Link - https://www.gomoder.com/about-moder Job Overview: Has knowledge of Bankruptcy chapters โ 7, 9, 11, 12 and 13. Working knowledge of each of the chapters and understanding of setup, corrections and modifications of important dates in bankruptcy. Working knowledge of Plan Review/ Plan Review / SOI Review / Transfer Notice, Proof of Claims (POC), Filing of Motion for Relief (MFR) and referrals to Release, Reaffirmations, PPFNs, PCNs, NOFC. Good understanding of Chapter 13 guidelines where โ Plan, Repayment, Discharge, Eligibility etc., Understands set-up, closure and discharge of the bankruptcy. Job Roles and Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day activities of the team. Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets. Delegating tasks to team members. Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Conducting monthly performance reviews. Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team. Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team. Qualification & Experience Educational qualification and years of experience required in any specific domain/skill for the role Basic Degree completion (15 years of education) Good written and oral communications skills in English 3 years of US Mortgage Experience in managing Bankruptcy teams with 1 year as Team Leader role. Good exposure to MS office โ especially MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.
