Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store/Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, inventory management, and team coordination. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure efficient and safe warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage warehouse/store staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety guidelines. Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Utilize sign language to communicate effectively with crane operators and other equipment operators. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for seamless supply chain operations. Train and mentor warehouse staff, promoting a culture of efficiency and teamwork. Resolve operational issues and provide solutions to improve warehouse efficiency. Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory status and workforce productivity. Qualifications & Requirements: Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 2 years of experience as a store or warehouse supervisor. Knowledge of sign language for crane operation and equipment communication is a must. Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics. Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic computer skills. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required. Forklift/crane operation certification (preferred but not mandatory).
