Job Description

Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating of material, processes and manpower. This role ensures that all logistics operations are carried out efficiently and effectively to support production schedules and meet customer demands. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise Logistics Operations: Oversee the inward, documentation, storage, line delivery and outbound operations within the plant. 2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory to ensure correct stock positions. 3. Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of all KGC personnel including warehouse staff and operators/Helpers. 4. Communication: Maintain effective communication to ensure smooth logistics operations. 5. Compliance: Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. 6. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or complaints related to logistics operations. 7. Reporting: Prepare and maintain logistics reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
