Job Opening: Outlet Supervisor – Amma’s Pastries Job Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 2 years in F&B/Retail Supervision Education: SSLC / Plus Two or above Languages: Basic English + Malayalam or Hindi Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet Supervise and guide outlet staff (service, billing, housekeeping) Maintain product display, hygiene, and customer service standards Handle customer queries and resolve complaints promptly Manage inventory and coordinate with kitchen & supply teams Maintain sales records, petty cash & daily reporting Ensure timely opening and closing procedures Assist in training new staff and maintaining discipline Requirements: Prior supervisory experience in F&B or retail preferred Good communication and leadership skills Ability to handle pressure and multitask Flexible with shifts and weekly offs Basic computer knowledge (billing software, MS Excel/Word) What We Offer: Competitive salary + incentives Staff meals & uniforms Growth opportunities within the company Friendly and professional work environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Night shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
