Assist in coordinating and managing daily production activities to meet operational targets.Support senior supervisors in monitoring workforce performance and ensuring smooth workflow.Ensure correct and safe usage of machinery, tools, and equipment as per safety standards.Maintain accurate records of production output, material usage, and employee attendance.Collaborate with departments like Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory to ensure seamless operations.Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements and waste reduction initiatives.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Assist in on boarding and training new production workers under the guidance of senior staff.
