Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 - 8 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Overview The Supply Chain Analytics BA will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes using SAP ERP (P2P, MM, SD), Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake . You will be responsible for data analysis, requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and stakeholder alignment to drive business improvements. This position requires strong expertise in supply chain reporting and analytics , ensuring efficient data-driven decision-making for operations. Responsibilities Analyze and optimize supply chain & operations data to improve business efficiency. Work with SAP ERP modules (P2P, MM, SD) to extract insights and enhance processes. Perform data discovery, data mining, data management, and analytics . Conduct FIT-GAP analysis, requirement gathering, and business process mapping . Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) and presentations for stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder coordination, and alignment with business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain process improvements . Utilize Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake to build reports and dashboards for decision-making. Work with non-SAP ERP systems for data discovery and analytics. Stay updated with AI/ML trends and explore potential applications in supply chain analytics. Requirements 5+ years of experience in reporting and analytics within supply chain & operations . 4-5 years of hands-on experience with SAP ERP (P2P, MM, SD) processes. Strong expertise in data analysis, data discovery, and data management . Experience in requirement gathering, business documentation, and stakeholder collaboration . Ability to conduct FIT-GAP sessions, workshops, and process alignment discussions . Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Snowflake for reporting and data analytics. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (good to have). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
