As a Supply Chain Associate (Full-time/Intern) at the heart of our robotics operations, youll roll up your sleeves and dive into the real mechanics of moving parts, partners, and processes efficiently. You will be instrumental in supporting the seamless delivery of critical components, ensuring our robots get built and deployed on time. Herewhat youll get to do: Vendor Sourcing & Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure a robust and reliable supply chain. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate replenishments to maintain optimal inventory. Logistics Coordination: Assist in planning and tracking inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery of materials. Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain metrics to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend improvements. Process Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering and production teams to align supply chain activities with project timelines. If this sounds like you, wed love to meet you. Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with numbers and solving puzzles through data. Tech Comfort: Excel/Google Sheetsin and out, and ideally, some experience with ERP tools. Communicator: Able to convey ideas clearly and confidently, whether over email or on a call. Adaptable: Capable of handling shifting priorities and multitasking effectively. We would also want you to handle/manage deployments partially.
