Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Industry: Service Industry Location: Sector 72A, Gurgaon Job Summary: We are looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience in procurement and sales order execution within the service industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain accurate data and ensure smooth supply chain operations. Proficiency in Excel is essential for reporting and data management. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management: Handling vendor interactions, purchase orders, and ensuring timely procurement of materials/services. Sales Order Execution: Managing order processing, tracking deliveries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Data Accuracy & Reporting: Maintaining precise records and generating reports using Excel for supply chain analysis. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Negotiating contracts, ensuring timely fulfillment, and managing supplier relationships. Inventory & Logistics Oversight: Monitoring stock levels, coordinating transportation, and ensuring efficient supply chain flow. Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintaining supply chain documentation. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working with sales, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution. Required Qualifications & Skills: Regular graduate or PG diploma in Operations Management or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in procurement and order execution , preferably in the service industry. Strong Excel proficiency for data handling, analysis, and reporting. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills for stakeholder interactions. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to supply chain management tools and ERP systems.
