Job Description

We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join Furdo Interiors, managing procurement, logistics, vendor coordination, and inventory control. Ensure timely material availability, cost efficiency, and smooth supply operations. Strong analytical and negotiation skills required. Responsibilities: Procurement and Vendor Management: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Logistics and Transportation: Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient transportation of materials. Manage freight and shipping arrangements, optimizing costs and delivery times. Track shipments and resolve any delivery delays or issues. Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels. Conduct regular inventory audits and implement inventory control measures. Forecast material requirements and ensure timely replenishment. Cost Efficiency and Analysis: Analyze procurement and logistics costs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction. Prepare and analyze reports on supply chain performance. Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, project management) to ensure smooth material flow. Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates on material availability and delivery schedules.
