POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Support Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of supply chain management. ROLE OBJECTIVE The primary objective of the Supply Chain Support Intern is to assist in the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of supply chain management. This role is designed to offer the intern a comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes while contributing to the smooth execution of key tasks within the organization. The intern will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop skills that will be valuable for a successful career in supply chain management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Help in creating Delivery Notes. Assist in processing Purchase Requisitions under the guidance of the supply chain team. Support in managing and processing Exception Messages, ensuring smooth operations. Assist in the creation of Stock Transfer Orders and Scheduling Agreements. Contribute to the MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Data Maintenance by updating relevant information as needed. Assist with manual ad-hoc actions, including the execution of MM Planning parameter setup based on instructions provided. Help with managing Late and Un-confirmed Purchase Orders under the supervision of senior team members. Assist in reviewing system blocks to ensure smooth workflow. Support in monitoring discrepancies during EDI transmission between vendors and the TESOG system. Contribute to maintaining high-quality standards and on-time delivery by assisting with related tasks. Ensure adherence to Standard Work Instructions while carrying out assigned duties. EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE 2024/2025 passing graduate (preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields). Freshers are encouraged to apply. Strong desire to learn and grow in a corporate supply chain environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Positive attitude, eagerness to contribute, and take on new challenges.
