This role involves managing the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong analytical skills, capable of driving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing excess inventory. Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and distribution teams to streamline operations. Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to align supply chain strategies with business goals. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers. Lead and mentor supply chain staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
