We are currently expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our leadership team in Bangalore. Job Description: The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities including production planning, material resource planning, vendor development, inventory control, and coordination with production and sales teams to ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing manufacturing supply chains with strong analytical and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead Production Planning & Control (PPC) and ensure seamless coordination with production, sales, and procurement teams. Manage Material Planning , Inventory Control , and Material Resource Planning (MRP) to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness. Analyze customer inquiries , plan new product development , and align material sourcing accordingly. Develop and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies and monitor execution. Power BI for effective planning, execution, and reporting. Prepare and maintain MIS reports , cost estimations, and audits to drive performance and compliance. Coordinate with Quality, R&D, and production teams for product development , testing, and documentation. Drive ISO 9001 compliance and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage static and dynamic product testing for new developments in line with standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience in manufacturing industry with hands-on experience in supply chain and production planning. Strong knowledge of HDPE products and manufacturing processes.
