Job Objective : Strategically overseeing and optimizing core aspects of the company's supply chain, to include: Procurement domestic and imports Demand planning and Scheduling Customer service and communication including invoicing and logistics Inventory management , Toller production co ordination , Inbound and out bound logistics Warehouse co ordination Customs clearance a Distribution & Interface with sales and production / toller Cost control. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Control the procurement processes of domestic and imported matrrial to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Manage inventory levels to balance cost control with production and customer demand requirements. Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution to ensure seamless operations. Customs clearance Customer service including invoicing and post order customer co ordination Warehosuing co ordination and contracting Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Utilize data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with production, sales, and finance functions to align supply chain activities with the business objectives. Timely payments to creditors Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential disruptions in the supply chain, affecting the business.
