Job Title : Support and User Research Executive (Inbound / Outbound Calls) Location : Bangalore Working Days : 6 days a week (Rotational Weekday Offs; Weekend Working Mandatory) Shift Timing : Morning Shift Duration : 6 Months Extension/Permanent Opportunity : High-performing candidates may be considered for a full-time role or extension based on performance and business needs. Department : Customer Experience / Research & Insights About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support and User Research Executive . This dual-role position involves handling inbound support calls from Zoomcar customers and conducting outbound research calls to gather insights for various internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from Zoomcar customers to assist with ongoing issues, ensuring prompt and empathetic resolution Make outbound calls for user research initiatives to collect qualitative and quantitative insights. Document call outcomes and insights accurately for internal use. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Operations for targeted research campaigns. Identify recurring customer pain points and share observations for process improvement. Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism on every call. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. 01 years of experience in customer support, user research, or call-based roles (Freshers can also apply). Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Comfortable working on weekends with rotational weekday offs. Ability to multitask and manage both support and research responsibilities effectively. Basic computer skills and familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software.
