Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via live chat, WhatsApp, calls, and emails. Provide accurate information about courses, batches, fees, schedules, and faculty. Follow up with leads and guide them through the enrollment process. Maintain CRM records of conversations and follow-ups. Convert leads to confirmed admissions through clear communication and persuasion. Work closely with the counselling and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding. Stay updated with the latest course offerings and updates from the academic team. Handle basic technical issues or escalate them to the support team when required. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); a background in education or marketing is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Prior experience in customer support, sales, or counselling roles is preferred. Familiarity with CRM tools, chat platforms (Freshchat, WhatsApp Business), and MS Office. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Empathetic, student-first mindset with a focus on delivering value.
