Job Description

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or in-person promptly and professionally. Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions. Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately. Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal departments and monitor progress. Prepare regular reports on customer interactions and issues. Assist with onboarding and training of new customers when required. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to improve customer experience. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.
