Plan and execute daily operations in alignment with defined SOPs to minimize unplanned breakdowns and maintain efficient workflow. Drive the implementation of KAIZEN initiatives on the shop floor to support continuous improvement. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all relevant data into the designated SAP modules. Strictly adhere to workplace safety protocols to uphold a safe and compliant working environment. Principal Accountabilities Accountable for achieving the production plan in alignment with the agreed targets. Promote and ensure the adoption of a quality-first culture to minimize rejection rates and strive for zero defects. Ensure 100% execution of the production plan through effective planning and optimal resource deployment.
