Assist in the daily operations of the company by providing support to various departments as required. Facilitate smooth communication between the team and external parties, ensuring all interactions are professional and efficient. Maintain a welcoming and organized environment, ensuring all visitors and team members experience high-quality service. Act as a point of contact for handling customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Support administrative functions, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence. Assist in scheduling meetings, arranging resources, and preparing for onsite events and conferences. Coordinate with various departments to ensure logistical needs are met, such as supplies, equipment maintenance, and room setups. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a diverse range of people. Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to assist others and ensure satisfaction. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to identify issues promptly and execute appropriate solutions. Ability to adapt to changing environments and steadily manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency. Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, to perform general administrative tasks. Prior experience in a support or administrative role is highly desirable. Fluency in Tamil and English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication. Educational background in business administration or a related field is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality support to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all queries and issues are handled with professionalism. Contribute to a positive workplace culture by collaborating with team members and demonstrating flexibility in handling various tasks. Utilize problem-solving skills to assess situations and determine the best course of action to enhance operational efficiency. Engage with customers regularly to ensure their needs are met and to foster a customer-friendly company image. Maintain accurate records of communications, transactions, and inquiries to support data-driven decision-making. Notify management of any critical issues or potential improvements in processes to enhance service delivery.
