Application Support : Provide timely and efficient support for internal and external applications, addressing issues, incidents, and user queries to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Platform Support : Manage and troubleshoot platform-related issues, ensuring the platformavailability, reliability, and scalability. Technology Support : Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technology tools, environments, and systems. Incident & Problem Management : Identify, log, and prioritize incidents. Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence. System Monitoring : Monitor application performance, platform stability, and system health using monitoring tools, and proactively address issues before they impact users. Collaboration : Work closely with development, operations, and other technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and improve system functionality and performance. Documentation : Create and maintain knowledge base articles, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures for common issues and processes. User Training & Support : Provide training and assistance to users, ensuring they understand the platforms and applications they use.
