As an ASM, will be responsible for overseeing & driving the sales operations within your designated area. Your role will involve managing a team, building relationships with distributors & retailers, & ensuring the growth of product sales.

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distribution networks, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Develop & implement advertising strategies to promote products/services & enhance brand visibility.Create & manage content across various media platforms including digital, social media, print, & broadcast.Work closely with creative teams

Maintain accurate records of raw materials, FG, & other inventory in the store.Ensure proper stocking, storage,& issuance of materials based on production & operational requirements.ensuring that they match the purchase order & delivery documentation

Manage & support SAP modules(e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP FICO) as per business requirements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of SAP solutions with business processes.Conduct SAP configuration, testing, & troubleshooting

Develop & implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations & reduce costs.Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, & distribution processes.Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, & internal teams to ensure timely & accurate delivery of goods

Manage the daily schedule & appointments.Handle incoming calls, emails, & other forms of communication.Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements.Maintain confidentiality & handle sensitive information with discretion.Assist in organizing events.

Product Development : Innovate and enhance spice blends, seasonings, and new formulations. Quality control, Raw material evaluation, process optimization,shelf-life studies, consumer trends & R&D, compliance & documentation.
