About the role DNV Maritime Region Southeast Asia, Pacific India is seeking Surveyor to join our India Maritime Team. As a Surveyor you will be a member of a highly qualified team of surveyors and auditors serving various major customers in Maritime industry, including shipyards and material/equipment manufacturers and ships in operation. We are looking for a talented young graduates to join us. The candidate will be offered a permanent position with DNV India. You will work with experts in exciting projects that aim to solve customer and industry challenges while contributing to making the world a safer, smarter and greener. Candidate will be posted at different locations in India (Mumbai/Chennai/ Cochin/Mangalore and Kolkata) as per business needs upon completion of the training. General knowledge on Maritime. 1-2 years of experience working in the yard for design/construction and shipping company in technical/engineering will be an advantage. Good communication skills with cross language capability, overcoming culture barriers to enhance team performance. Fluent spoken and written English. Willingness and flexibility to travel within India and abroad. Interest to work in an international environment.
