As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle Chat for customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer queries through chats from international clients. 2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions. 4. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
