We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson Rooftop Solar to drive sales for residential and commercial rooftop solar solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and closing sales to promote sustainable energy solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential residential and commercial clients for rooftop solar installations.Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy, ROI, and financial incentives.Conduct site visits and coordinate technical assessments with the engineering team.Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and financial models to clients.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.Build strong relationships with customers, developers, architects, and business owners.Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and solar financing options.Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or electrical products.Strong sales acumen, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.Self-motivated with a passion for sustainability and clean energy solutions.Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: 15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives based on sales performance and target achievements.TA/DA will be provided as per company policy for official travel.Opportunity to work in the growing renewable energy sector.Career growth and training opportunities.
