Please find the JD below for a role in Transformer design : Tender / Enquiry Design 1] Convert customer requirements to AML/Costings/ designs/ engineering drawings within defined time frame. 2] Provide technical knowhow to customer [if needed] to resolve queries. 3] Finalize technical specs. Execution Design 1] Provide engineering details drawings to plant functions. 2] Provide guidance/ support to purchase/ production/ Quality for conversion of the designs to product Review/ validation / of designs 1] Study feedback during mfg process for changes/ revisions 2]Analyse/ review test results of transformers. 3] Plan corrections/ improvements if required. Documentation 1] Maintain all required documents as per IMS. 2] Documents / records for engineering support Technical support 1] Provide technical support to BD, during various stages. 2] To Purchase, Production, QA, QC, HSE for improving processes, product quality, safety parameters, controlling cost, etc. 3] To analyse failures, suggest/ implement CAPA
