The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales team with timely responses. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP B1/SCALA), and the ability to maintain professional interactions with customers.Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.Prepare accurate quotations using ERP (SAP B1) and ensure timely pricing decisions.Process customer orders, ensure necessary amendments, and provide regular updates.Oversee invoicing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups.Maintain proper documentation, accurate report generation, and systematic record-keeping.Ensure strict adherence to statutory norms, company policies, and quality standards.Assist the sales team by ensuring prompt responses to customer queries.Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the order process.Desired Candidate Profile:Educational Qualification: BSc or B.Com Graduate.Experience: 1 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in Manufacturing, B2B, or Industrial Sales.Location: Based in Secunderabad (Mandatory).Preferred Candidate: Female candidates preferred.Skills Required:Fluency in Telugu & English (both verbal and written).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Experience with ERP systems (SAP B1/SCALA preferred).Strong customer service, communication, and system management skills.Compensation & Benefits:CTC: 4 LPA - 6.5 LPA (All-inclusive).If you meet the above qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, we encourage you to apply!
