The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be selling technology solutions and capital goods/solutions, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:Generate qualified leads and prospects through proactive efforts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Understand customer needs and design tailored solutions to drive sales closure.Close sales by effectively representing the company over the phone, providing product and sales expertise.Follow a structured sales process, including detailed planning, lead tracking, and meticulous record-keeping in our sales automation tool.Collaborate with principal vendors to design solutions and determine commercial terms.Negotiate with principals and distributors for additional discounts and favorable payment terms.Coordinate with the back-office team to track order status and facilitate smooth order execution.Ensure timely collection of payments due from customers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of opportunities, activities, and closures in the sales automation tool.Achieve profitability targets, customer satisfaction metrics, and customer retention metrics.Required Skills and Qualifications:Any Bachelor's degree .Minimum 1 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in technology solutions or capital goods/solutions.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong grasping power and ability to quickly understand technical concepts.Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a challenging environment.Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and distributors.Proficiency in using sales automation tools.Fluent English communication is a must.Preferred Qualifications:Experience selling IT solutions.Candidates from other industries selling capital goods/solutions who are willing to transition to IT sales are encouraged to apply.Key Result Areas:Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.Profitability targets.Customer satisfaction metrics.Customer retention metrics.How to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to apply here with their updated resume / Apply on our careers website Contact:hetal.patil@swansol.com
