Role Purpose To oversee the planning, implementation, maintenance and tracking of HR systems & projects. Focuses on meeting project commitments and responsible for all maintaining and supporting all HRIS systems. Delivering reporting models for HR colleagues and providing a stable system, keeping the HR team apprised of all future enhancements and driving the development of system enhancements. Role Accountabilities System support Oversees and maintains the optimal function of the HRIS, which may include, new system implementation, customization, development, configuration, maintenance, upgrades to the systems, ensuring the compliance & governance of permissions and processes are met, and the documentation of modifications. Evaluate and access impact of SuccessFactors HRIS system releases quarterly and apply system releases into UAT environment, test and move to production. Communicate changes in system releases.Work with various HR stakeholder and System administrators in other operation companies on continuous business and system process improvements to meet the desired business needs and efficiencies of the overall processes.Manage basic activities on the system for COEs requiring key form management and report generation.
