Requirements 8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in web and mobile design, user research, and design systems. Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design and prototyping tools. Experience with user-centered design, usability principles, and agile development processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions. Experience working in cross-functional teams with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders. Familiarity with the field service industry or similar SaaS products. Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), motion design, or branding is a plus.
