Roles & Responsibilities:Sales Experience: Direct sales experience (2-10 years) in technical industrial sales to customers.Actively listen to customer needs and offer clear solutions.Customer Engagement: Travel to industrial customers (Power, Chemical, Oil Refineries, Pumps, Filters, Pipes & Flanges, Heat Exchangers, Instruments, etc.) to market products.Retain existing customers while also generating new business opportunities.Acquire new customers and develop relationships within sectors such as Power, Chemical, Oil, Pumps, Filters, and other industrial segments.Technical Sales: Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate product/technology solutions.Prepare and submit both technical and commercial offers in a timely manner.Field Work & Reporting: Meet weekly field visit targets and generate sales opportunities.Willingness to travel for 10-15 days each month to meet customers.Communication & Customer Support: Respond to customer queries, offering basic technical advice and assistance.Effectively communicate customer requirements for product quotations and solutions.Qualifications:Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA in Marketing.Experience: 2-10 years of experience in Industrial Product Sales.Industry Exposure: Experience with customers in Power Plants, Cement Plants, Mining, Oil & Gas, OEMs, Process Industries, Steel Industry, and other industrial sectors is preferred.Key Skills:Knowledge of RFQs and preparation of quotations.Clear communication skills to effectively convey customer requirements.Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).Basic technical knowledge to address customer queries and requirements.
