Sourcing profiles through different sources like job portals, internal database, references etc. for the right candidates 5. Doing preliminary interview of the candidates to check out their professional experience, technical skills, educational qualifications, attitude, and communication skills, Level fitment 6. To do offer negotiation & make offers to the selected candidates 7. Responsible to meet the team targets8.
