Role & responsibilities User Support: Provide L1 technical support for hardware and software issues. Communicate effectively in fluent English while assisting users. Laptop/Desktop Setup: Configure and deploy laptops/desktops for new employees. Perform routine maintenance and ensure proper software installation. Conference Room Maintenance: Manage and maintain conference room equipment (projectors, video conferencing systems, etc.). Ensure all devices are functional and ready for meetings. Printer & Peripheral Management: Troubleshoot and resolve printer and scanner-related issues. Manage printer setup, configuration, and regular maintenance. Wi-Fi and Network Support: Monitor and troubleshoot Wi-Fi connectivity issues. Assist users with basic network-related concerns. Asset Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of IT hardware and software assets. Track allocation, recovery, and lifecycle of assets. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage IT setup for new joiners and proper deactivation during exits. Ensure smooth onboarding/offboarding processes. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory. Familiarity with Windows OS; knowledge of MacOS is a plus. Experience with conference room devices, printers, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
