We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Technical Analyst to join our team. JOB DUTIES: Technical Analysis Support: Analyze technical requirements and provide solutions that address business needs. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime. Ensure system performance, reliability, and scalability through regular monitoring and maintenance. Solution Design Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions. Lead the development, testing, and deployment of IT systems or software applications. Create technical documentation and user guides for developed solutions. Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for successful project completion. System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and implement enhancements. Research and recommend emerging technologies to drive innovation. Team Collaboration Leadership: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams. Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to team members. Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and best practices YOU MUST HAVE: 1-3 years of experience in a technical analyst or similar role.. Minimum 2 year of programming languages PROS / Sales Incentive Minimum 2 years of experience in Configure, maintain, and optimize PROS pricing solutions or sales incentive platforms to drive business efficiency. Minimum 2 years in support the development and administration of sales incentive plans, commission structures, and compensation models WE VALUE: Relevant certifications (e.g., SQL, Data Analytics, ITIL) are a plus. Good understanding of database management systems and cloud technologies. Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data analysis tools. Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other relevant methodologies. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
