Job Description

The AM will serve as a subject matter expert for several operational systems within the organization and will ensure the data is accurate and up to date by working with - Sales and account owners - Multiple business units - External vendors and development partners This individual will be a tech enthusiast and will be adept in troubleshooting issues, critical thinking, managing shifting priorities, tight timelines, as well as developing and helping user adoption for multiple tools, platforms and new technologies. They will be willing and excited to learn multiple platforms and provide support on functions like Salesforce, contract management, RFP preparation pricing calculations. Responsibilities: Incident Response: Train, & support new and existing users Adoption: Become a subject expert on various new tools added to Exterro library Case management: Document best-in-class processes for application/platform success Contract Management: Support the contracts program including updating, launching and circulate new contracts plus Congasign support Ad Hoc reporting: Address specific business requests & support sales team with reporting RFP/InfoSec Questionnaire: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely RFP and Information Security deliveries. RFP Automation experience. Example RFP360, Responsive Marketing Team support activities: Provide Tier 1 support to the marketing team including competitor/prospect analysis Salesforce.com: Maintain integrity of data in SF and ensure consistency exists within data Qualifications : Bachelors Degree (B.A. or B.S.); JD or other relevant advanced degree preferred. 5+ years of sales operations/ project management support experience with a keen understanding of the importance of various metrics and the impact to business model and process Highly analytical with the ability to translate complex requests into actionable results. Strong financial acumen and able to decipher and manipulate large, quantitative data Strong appetite and aptitude for performance and excellent self-management are required. Dynamic, persuasive presence with outstanding communication skills and ability to drive outcomes across levels and teams Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills and skilled at working effectively with matrixed, cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives while working in a fast-paced, global environment. Big-picture, Team-oriented, enterprise-focused mindset.
